Products and compatibility
What does Construction-Manual sell?
Downloadable workshop, service, repair and owner documentation for vehicles and machinery. The exact document type and coverage are stated on each product page.
How do I choose the right manual?
Match the make, model, production year, engine, serial information and document type shown in the listing. Contact us with the product link before ordering if any detail is unclear.
Are all files PDFs?
No. Formats and package contents vary. Check the product description for the file type, software requirements and included material before purchase.
Are manuals updated after purchase?
Do not assume that a later edition or update is included. Your purchase covers the product described at checkout unless the listing expressly promises updates.
Delivery and access
How is my order delivered?Products are delivered electronically after successful payment and any required fraud review. Use a working email address and keep your order confirmation.
Where is my download?Follow the access instructions shown after checkout or sent by email. Check spam and promotions folders before contacting support.
What if the file will not open?Email your order number, the email used at checkout, your device and the exact error. We will investigate and, where possible, provide access help or a working replacement.
Can I share or resell a file? No. A purchase is for the customer’s personal or internal business use unless the listing or a separate written licence says otherwise.
Payments, refunds and support
Which payment methods are accepted? The methods currently available to you appear at checkout. Construction-Manual does not store your complete payment card number.
Can I get a refund?Refund eligibility depends on the issue, whether access was provided and applicable consumer law. Read the Refund Policy; there is no blanket change-of-mind guarantee after download.
Do manuals replace professional advice? No. Repair work can be hazardous. Use the correct procedures, tools and safety precautions, and consult a qualified technician where appropriate.
