Getting your manual open
Nothing is posted to you. Every order is delivered as a download, so "where is my parcel?" is really "where is my link?".
Where your download lives
- On the confirmation page shown the instant your payment clears.
- In your email, sent to the address you entered at checkout.
- Re-downloadable from that same link if you change device.
No email after a few minutes? Search your inbox for the store name and check spam and promotions. Automated delivery mail is filtered more often than you would expect.
Large files
Some workshop manuals run to hundreds of megabytes. Download them over Wi-Fi rather than mobile data, on a computer where possible, and let the transfer finish before opening the file — a partial download is the usual cause of a file that "will not open".
File formats
Opens on any phone, tablet or computer. Use a free reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader if your device does not already have one.
RAR or 7z
A compressed archive holding several files. Extract it first with 7-Zip (Windows), The Unarchiver (Mac) or a free archive app on mobile.
ISO
A disc image. Mount it (Windows and macOS can do this natively) or extract it with 7-Zip, then open the documents inside.
EXE or software
A small number of titles are Windows programs. These need a PC — check the listing before buying if you only have a phone.
